The primary objective is to safeguard employees by requiring each individual to engage in self-monitoring. It is important to note that every employee must present a sworn statement confirming adherence to this self-monitoring protocol and the absence of symptoms over the past 14 days in order to access Stellantis facilities.

The data entered into this application remains entirely the responsibility of the user and will not be shared with the Stellantis group or any third party. It is stored locally on the smartphone and is accessible only on that device.

The medical follow-up screen available within the application is intended for visual consultation exclusively by a physician or healthcare professional, with the user required to present the smartphone and application physically. No other individuals are permitted to view this screen.

The sworn statement screen must be physically shown to the personnel responsible for controlling access to the site.

Users are strongly encouraged to secure access to their mobile phones with a password to prevent unauthorized access to the application data or any other personal information.

Medical follow-up data is retained in the application for 14 days before being deleted. Complete data removal can also be achieved by uninstalling the application from the phone.

Utilization of this application is optional, as a paper form is also available for those who prefer it.
